Recording "Down a Dark Hall" book adaptation

Isabelle Fuhrman is recording Down a Dark Hall book (by Lois Duncan, 1974) adaptation in Barcelona right now, but in December, they will move to Canary Islands to finish. Rodrigo Cortés is the director. The producer is Nostromo Pictures, ATresMedia Cine, Temple Hill Entertainment and Fickle Fish Films. The script adaptation is by Michael Goldbach and Chris Sparling.

The cast includes Uma Thurman ('Pulp Fiction', 'Kill Bill'), AnnaSophia Robb ('The Carrie Diaries', 'Bridge to Terabithia'), Victoria Moroles ('Teen Wolf') Noah Silver, Rosie Day, Kirsty Mitchell, Taylor Russell and Jim Sturgeon.

Down a Dark Hall is about Kitt Gordy (AnnaSophia Robb), a girl who was sent by her parents to an exclusive boarding school called Blackwood. It is departed from the city and it hides secrets. When Kitt gets there, she will discover that only 3 other studients has been accepted in the boarding school. They all together will be involved in paranormal occurrences, a room that locks from the outside, spirits that runs through the rooms and the dark powers of its headmistress.

Kitt, Sandy, Ruth and Lynda (according to the source. HOWEVER, Isabelle's character is called Izzi, so there may be variations) will find out they have extraordinary talents that will reveal while they are sleeping. Lynda starts drawing landscapes, Ruth will understand and apply high level of science, Sandy will write poetry and she will say it's dictated by a ghost and Kitt play musical masterpiece in a piano in the middle of the night. The ghost of famous masters will continue the work that they couldn't finish when they were alive. Madame Duret will help the spirits to possess the four students.
