At Teen Summit (UCLA)

On 23rd November, Isabelle and Madeline Fuhrman attended at the Teen Summit Panel at UCLA. Madeline also performed songs at UCLA. There aren’t much informations about that but we have a few potos (click on the picture to go to the gallery). If you went there and you remember/recorded their panel, please contact us.

Am 23. November besuchten Isabelle und Madeline Fuhrman den Teen-Summit-Panel an der UCLA. Madeline performte sogar ein paar Songs. Es gibt noch nicht viele Informationen darüber aber wir haben schon ein paar Bilder.

Do you remember this amazing photoshoot by Sal Owen (2012)? We are so happy to tell you about this new photoshoot by him. He shoot both Fuhrman sisters on 16th of November and we already got some photos. You can check them out in the gallery. Here you will find Isabelle's ones (and the ones where she is with her sister). If you look for the Madeline's photos, you can go to her part of the gallery.

¿Te acuerdas de la fantástica sesión de fotos que hizo Sal Owen (2012)? Estamos muy contentas de anunciar su nueva sesión fotográfica. Ha fotografiado a las hermanas Fuhrman el 16 de noviembre y ya tenemos varias fotos. Podéis echarle un vistazo en la galería. Aquí encontrarás las de Isabelle (y en las que está con su hermana). Erinnert ihr euch an dieses tolle Fotoshooting von Sal Owen in 2012? Deswegen sind wir so glücklich darüber, zu berichten, dass es nun noch ein Fotoshooting von ihm gibt. Er fotografierte beide Fuhrman-Schwestern am 16. November und wir haben sogar schon Fotos. Ihr könnt euch sie in unserer Gallerie anschauen. One Night

As you may know, Isabelle has filmed a movie called “One Night” in the last weeks. Other cast members include Anna Camp, Kyle Allen and Kelly Berglund.

The independent feature film is about Bea (Isabelle), a worrisome teenager, who reconnects with her introverted childhood friend, Andy (Kyle Allen). The two overcome their differences in social status one night after their high school prom. Thirty-something Elizabeth (Anna Camp) must decide whether to salvage her relationship with Drew after much personal disappointment. Past and present collide as two couples explore love over the course of one night at a hotel.

Como ya debéis saber, Isabelle ha grabado una película llamada "One Night" en las pasadas semanas. Otros miembros del reparto incluyen Anna Camp, Kyle Allen y Kelly Berglund.

La película independiente nos presenta a Bea (Isabelle), una angustiante adolescente que reconecta con su miembro de la infancia introvertido, Andy (Kyle Allen). Ambos derrotan sus diferencias en sus estados sociales por una noche después de su noche de graduación. La treintañera Elizabeth (Anna Camp) debe decidir si salvar su relación con Drew (Kelly Berglund) después de una gran decepción. El pasado y el presente chocan mientras que dos parejas exploran su amor mientras pasan una noche en un hotel.

 Wie du vielleicht weißt, hat Isabelle ein Film namens “One Night” in den letzten Wochen gedreht. Weitere Darsteller sind Anna Camp, Kyle Allen und Kelly Berglund.

Im selbstständigen Film geht es um Bea (Isabelle), ein besorgniserregender Teenager, die sich mit ihren Kindheitsfreund Andy (Kyle Allen) wiedervereint. Die Beiden müssen ihre Unterschiede in der Gesellschaft nach den Abschlussball in einer Nacht überwinden. Die mehr-oder-wenige-Dreißigjährige Elizabeth (Anna Camp) muss entscheiden, ob sie ihre Beziehung mit Drew nach vielen Enttäuschungen noch retten will. Vergangenheit und Gegenwart treffen aufeinander als zwei Pärchen ihre Liebe in einer Nacht in einem Hotel erkunden.

Date and new name of "The Wilderness of James"

Screen Media Films has acquired all North American distribution rights to writer-director Michael Johnson's debut feature "All The Wilderness." Formerly titled "The Wilderness of James," the coming-of-age story received positive reviews at its 2014 South by Southwest premiere and features Kodi Smit-McPhee opposite Virginia Madsen, Danny DeVito, Evan Ross and Isabelle Fuhrman.

Smit-McPhee stars as James, an isolated young boy who falls into a world of dark imagination following the disappearance of his father. After visits with his psychiatrist (DeVito) prove unsuccessful, James rebels against his single mother (Madsen) and takes to the streets. He ultimately befriends a mysterious kid (Ross) who helps him navigate the eccentric city and wrestle with the reality of his own personal wilderness.

"This is a terrific indie film with very compelling performances," said Seth Needle of Screen Media. "It showcases a strong filmmaking debut from Michael Johnson, who will be on everyone’s radar for years to come."

"I am incredibly excited to have Screen Media releasing this film," added producer Jonathan Schwartz. "We share a great enthusiasm for this magical movie and are excited for audiences to see it. We know if people see it, they will love it."

Screen Media Films ha adquirido todos los derechos de distribución norteamericanos del debut de Michael Johnson's llamado "All The Wilderness." En sus inicios titulado "The Wilderness of James," recibió críticas positivas en la premiere de South by Southwest 2014 y en su reparto se encuentran Kodi Smit-McPhee opposite Virginia Madsen, Danny DeVito, Evan Ross e Isabelle Fuhrman.

Smit-McPhee representa a nuestro protagonista James, un joven chico aislado que cae en el mundo de la oscura imaginación mientras sigue la desaparición de su padre. Después de que visitar a su psiquiatra (DeVito) y fuera un fracaso, James se rebela contra su madre soltera (Madsen) y se va a las calles. Finalmente se hace amigo de un chico misterioso (Ross) quien le ayuda a navegar por la excéntrica ciudad y luchar contra la realidad de su parte salvaje.

Cat Winters' dream cast

Cat Winters had a chat about who she’d like to cast as actors and actresses when ‘The Cure For Dreaming’ makes it on to the big screens. Fingers crossed a big shot director makes this happen soon! She said:

Because I wrote ‘The Cure for Dreaming’ without picturing any particular movie actors playing my characters, it’s a somewhat strange and surreal concept to assign real faces to the imaginary people in my mind. However, as a lifelong film buff who plastered the walls of her own teen bedroom in vintage movie posters, I love envisioning future film adaptations of my books. Here are the performers I would cast in the lead roles of The Cure for Dreaming, my 1900-set tale of hypnotism, suffragists, and Gothic horror.

Isabelle Fuhrman as Olivia Mead

Fuhrman has the right looks and the acting chops to play my raven-haired seventeen-year-old suffragist whose life dramatically changes when she’s hypnotized into seeing the world the way it truly is. The Hunger Games showed Fuhrman’s tough side (she played the tribute Clove), and toughness is absolutely necessary for a Victorian girl who’s being pushed into oppressive situations. Plus Fuhrman’s early performance in the horror film Orphan shows she’s capable of handling the creepier aspects of my story.

Daumen drücken, dass ein großer Regisseur es schon bald möglich macht! Sie sagte: Da ich “The Cure of Dreaming” geschrieben habe ohne mir bestimmte Schauspieler vorzustellen, die meine Charakter spielen, ist es ein etwas komisches und surreales Konzept echte Gesichter zu den imaginären Personen in meinem Kopf zuzuweisen.
